WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL DUE TO POSITIVE COVID TEST, OTHER ILLNESS OR INJURY?
Please refer to SUNSET RENTALS terms and conditions for our cancellation policies. We are unable to provide refunds or exchange reservation dates due to positive COVID test, other illness or injury. We recommend all GUESTS consider adding travel insurance to their reservation if they have concerns.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT?
Check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 10AM with all our rental units. SUNSET RENTALS does not have early check-in or late check-out options.
HOW DO WE GAIN ACCESS TO RENTAL UNIT?
All rental units have electronic locks on front or side doors. SUNSET RENTALS will text front door codes 1-3 hours prior to 3PM check-in time to the GUEST listed on the rental agreement.
DOES THE RENTAL UNIT HAVE INTERNET, WIFI & CABLE TV?
All rental units have internet and WIFI access? Most utilize COMCAST / XFINITY for internet and cable. Every rental unit has a house binder located usually in the kitchen. The binder will provide WIFI network name and password. Most rental units have cable TV on living room TV. Some will utilize smart TVs in bedrooms and other areas in the rental property.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS, PAPER PRODUCTS & SOAP?
SUNSET RENTALS does not provide linens, paper products and soap for our rental units. Some rental properties owners leave paper products for GUESTS to use. For bed sizes we recommend GUESTS refer to the website or our Welcome Letter that’s sent out 10-14 days prior to occupancy date. The Welcome Letter also provides options for local linen rental companies.
WHAT IS PROVIDED ON BEDS?
Our rental units provide bed covers, pillows and mattress covers. Many properties also provide extra blankets in the closets. SUNSET RENTALS always recommends GUESTS to bring additional blankets if they get cold at night or do not want to use existing bed covers.
CAN WE BRING OUR PET?
SUNSET RENTALS has designed pet friendly properties. Pet friendly properties require payment of pet fees. No pets are allowed at rental units unless stated on the listing. If evidence is found of pets during the duration of your stay or after departure, there will be a minimum $250 additional cleaning charge and we reserve the right to evict all parties.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNIT?
Smoking is not permitted in any of SUNSET RENTAL units. If we find GUESTS have smoked inside the property. It will be considered damage and any expense to remove odor will be GUEST responsibility. SUNSET RENTALS has a minimum $250 charge per person for smoking inside property. SUNSET RENTALS reserve the right to evict all GUESTS if evidence is found of smoking during the GUEST stay.
