Great place to vacate

Fun Time

Home away from home
We have stayed at the Grande at Canal Point for the past 7 years. This unit was the perfect fit for my family! We love the location across from the pool and being on the 3rd floor is great with the elevator directly beside us. Carl communicated with us via email and text from the time we booked until the time we checked out. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the keyless entry makes it so easy to come and go. Our 7 year old loved sleeping in the bunk beds and having his own tv in the room. We loved the beach decor and there was plenty of storage for all of our items. We will definitely be booking again! Super Clean Condo and Convenient Prime Location

Great stay!
Our family had a great week at 8 Texas Avenue. The house is gorgeous and comes with a lot of thoughtful amenities. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Great place to stay
We had a group children and adults and tires accommodated everyone. We loved the large great room/common area on the top floor! We had multiple family movie nights where everyone got a seat on the large sectional. Nobody was left out with the kitchen being right there too. The walk to the beach was super easy. Clean, spacious, and plenty of activities
4.5 star overall rating. Very nice house with lots of room for everyone. Great family/tv room. Clean, but cleaners missed some spots. Well equipped kitchen, but not enough non-plastic place settings for 2 meals a day. Property manager is very responsive and super friendly to deal with. All issues were conveyed to owners promptly. Finally – a family vacation!
My family of 4 adult children, 2 young granddaughters, 1 dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. The home was perfect for each of us to have our “space” and still enjoy each other’s company. This was the first time I had booked a home through VRBO, but the process was easy and Carl helped to make it “friendly”. I will definitely consider this property again in the future. Our new favorite place
We have tried a variety of beaches along the Delaware coastline and have found a new favorite! Lewes is a great area and the Villages at Five Points is a great community. The condo was clean, well stocked (except for needing a few sauce pans to cook with) and very convenient to everything. The bike trails were great….there were too many to explore to do it in just one short week. Carl was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions I had. The spacious condo was perfect for my 3 grown children, spouses and grandchildren to stay in. The entire upper floor was the perfect spot for the grandchildren and their parents to all stay together. Perfect for our family of 6!
This property is well taken care of and well managed. Carl was great to deal with and very responsive to texts and emails. His emails and printouts/attachments are well thought out & helpful for your stay. The place was perfect for our family of 6. Close to lots of Deleware’s beaches (Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, Bethany, & Cape Henlopen State Park). There’s a washer and dryer right in the unit. Pillows & comforters are provided, just bring sheets & pillowcases. We were on the 2nd floor, but there’s plenty of close parking & an elevator. Overall it was a great place at a reasonable price! Great stay
I had the best experience renting this property from Carl. VRBO had many issues but Carl was kind enough to work with me to ensure we would be able to rent the property as I only had one specific week off of work. The property is in a quiet area set back from traffic but just off of the main road. The home was beautiful and just the right fit for us. We spent most of our time at Rehoboth beach which was roughly 4-5 miles and took an easy 10-15 minutes (depending on the time of day you were driving). The elevator to the 2nd floor was convenient and the pool located at the end of the property was a welcomed addition. I would absolutely rent this property again and hope to rent it again. Family Vacation
